What's the best way to care for my Hommey products?

Most of our products have been designed to be machine washable for your convenience.

For our slides, we recommend spot cleaning only. 

For detailed care instructions specific to your product, please refer to your product's care label or check the product description on our website.

How accurate are your product colours online?

While we make every effort to display colours accurately on our website, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting conditions.

Please note that any returns due to colour variation will be treated as a change of mind under our Returns Policy.

Do you offer fabric swatches or samples?

We don’t currently offer fabric swatches. For styling advice or help choosing colours and fabrics, reach out to our team at hello@gethommey.com.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can always return or exchange your items under our Returns Policy.

How do you protect my personal information?

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is securely stored and only used to process your order, deliver your items and provide customer support.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept a range of different payment options. 

Pay now with Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.

What are the delivery costs & timeframes?

Can I cancel or alter my order after I’ve placed it?

We understand things can change! If you need to make any order alterations, please contact us right away at hello@gethommey.com or via our contact form.

Please note that once our warehouse begins processing your order, we're unable to make any changes.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase once delivered, you can return or exchange your items under our Returns Policy.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking code via email. Click the tracking link to see real-time updates on your delivery status.

Haven't received your tracking details? Check your spam folder first, then reach out to our customer care team if you still need help.

What if my order appears to be lost in transit?

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, let us help!

Reach out to our customer care team at hello@gethommey.com and we'll help track down your order right away.

Can I ship my order to an APO, DPO or FPO address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO, DPO and FPO addresses at this stage.

Will I be charged import fees on my order?

We’re glad to let you know that you won’t be charged any additional duties or taxes on your order - we’re covering all these costs!

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return something?

Click the "START A RETURN" button below and choose between:

  • An instant refund with Refundid
  • A standard refund, store credit or exchange

Just enter your order number (find this in your confirmation email) and follow the below steps:

  1. Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging (box or satchel).
  2. Attach your DHL return label to the package.
  3. Drop off the package within 28 days to your nearest DHL Service Point.
  4. Once your return has arrived back at our warehouse, we’ll issue your exchange, refund or store credit within 10 business days.
What if I don’t live near a DHL Service Point?

If you don’t live near a DHL Service Point, don’t stress, you can schedule a pickup for your return.  Kindly follow the below steps to book a courier.

  • Visit the DHL website and log into your account (or create one if you don’t have one yet).
  • Look for the option to schedule a pickup and follow the prompts.

What's your returns policy?

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. You can choose between:

  • Exchanges (FREE)
  • Store credit (FREE)
  • Refunds ($12.50 USD return shipping & handling fee)

Just make sure your items are unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

Please note:

  • Our regular Returns Policy applies to all discounted and on-sale items, excluding Archive Sale.
  • Products purchased from our Archive Sale are on final markdown and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We’re unable to accept returns on opened cushion inserts.
When will I receive my refund or exchange?

If you’re using our standard returns platform, once your items arrive at our warehouse, we'll check they meet our Returns Policy (unused and in original condition). This can generally take up to 10 business days.

If you’re needing your refund sooner, use Refundid for an instant refund!

Do I have to pay for return postage?

For exchanges, return postage is FREE! For refunds, there's a $12.50 USD shipping and handling fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.

Getting your items back to us is easy – just print the shipping label from our returns portal and drop your package off at any DHL Service Point.

If you don’t have a printer, just show the label on your phone at the post office and they'll print it for you

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Can't decide what to get for someone special? Our digital gift cards are the perfect choice. They're delivered instantly by email and can be used across our entire range. You can purchase gift cards in any amount between $100 and $500.

How do I use my gift card?

Ready to shop? Simply enter your gift card code at checkout, just like you would a discount code. Your available balance will be applied to your order.

Want to check what's left on your card? Just enter your code at checkout anytime to see your remaining balance.

Can I get a refund on my gift card?

Yes, if you purchased a gift card, we'll happily refund the amount back to your original payment method. If you received a gift card as a present, while we can't offer a refund, your card is ready to use across our entire range.
